Stuart-Lynn worked as cost estimators for Polshek Partnership (now Ennead Architects) for a new 116,000 square foot law school building for Penn State University on the State College Campus. This elegant linear building has a long span curtain wall that varies in complexity along it’s nearly 200 foot length. Spaces include mock courtrooms and a substantial law library. The project has been designed to meet LEED Silver Certification requirements. It features a vegetated green roof, bike racks, ample use of natural light, and locally sourced materials. Stuart-Lynn Company provided Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents estimates, reconciliation services on various scopes of work for construction management releases, as well as value engineering at all phases.
